Entavir 0.5mg Tablets are an antiviral drug used for treating chronic hepatitis b virus infection and various other liver abnormalities. It decreases the amount of infection in the body of the patient, but it does not cure the problem. Entecavir Tablets may also not eliminate symptoms of hepatitis B, such as cirrhosis of the liver. Nor does it block the spread of HBV to other individuals.
How to Use Entavir 0.5mg Tablet?
The patient is advised to take this drug as per the doctor's prescribed time and dose. You cannot chew or crush it. Instead, you have to swallow it whole. Entavir Tablet is to be taken with food but should be taken on a fixed time. You should drink a lot of fluid and eat a healthy diet to prevent its side effects.
