How to use Osteofos 35mg Tablet?
Osteofos tablet is taken orally with a sufficient amount of water. The recommended dosage is one tablet a day. If one misses the dose, take as soon as one remembers. However, if it's time for the later dose, do not double the dose to make up for the missed one. If an overdose is suspected, consume a full glass of milk and immediately seek medical treatment or contact the doctor.
Side effects of Osteofos 35mg Tablet
Some of the side effects of Sodium Alendronate Tablets are hypersensitivity, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, heartburn, difficulty swallowing, irregular heartbeat, loss of appetite, joint or muscle pain, swelling of ankles or feet, and flu.
