How to use Pangraf 0.5mg capsules?
Tacrolimus tablets dosage & frequency depends upon the type of transplant surgery you have gone through. Dosage is also decided based on body weight & what other medicine you are taking. Take Pangraf 0.5mg capsules as per dose & dosage advised by the doctor or take this medicine either with food or without taking a meal. Take this medicine daily at a fixed time even if you start feeling well, as leaving the course in between can hurt your body. If you stop taking this on your before consulting your doctor, it may increase the chance of rejecting the organ.
