Confirmation of order
Upon placing an order, this site shall immediately send you an email about the confirmation. You shall receive a second email within 24 hours of confirmation of the order. If we are unable to fulfill your order, this site shall email you about the same.
We shall send you a shipping confirmation about order that you have placed along with sending you tracking and tracing number if applicable. The email shall outline typical shipping times as well as our contact details. This site also charges a little amount of shipping fee on particular orders.
We look forward to promptly ship most of orders within a period of 24-48 hours of your placing an order. The delivery times shall entirely be based on courier and postal service. In case if your order hasn’t arrived within the standard delivery time, allow a time period of 7 days for delivery before contacting us about delayed delivery of the product. We shall be happy to help customers out.

Lost orders and reshipments
We shall take the charge of reshipping or refunding for the lost order, we are contacted within 8 weeks from the date of shipment. No reshipments or refunds shall be accepted if the same is reported to us after eight weeks. We look forward to replacing an order that has not been delivered, however on the following conditions:
- An additional period of 30 days has elapsed to standard delivery time since the date of shipment.
However on the following conditions, reshipment or refund are not applicable:
- The shipping address provided to us is accurate.
- The receiver was not present or the premises was closed (failed delivery attempt).
- customs seize or failed custom clearance.
On account of receiving an inaccurate address from your end, the customer shall be charged for a replacement order. If the original order is returned to us, we shall contact the buyer with all the refund details. The refund shall take some time to return to the buyer.
Customs Seized Goods
All countries have their Customs Department’s rules of import, When we ship a certain product we guarantee for custom clearance of origin county only (We do not guarantee destination country’s Customs Clearance). If any of the destination countries will seize/confiscate the goods/package, then the customer will be responsible to declare the custom value or customs clearance, any additional customs duties will be paid by the receiver/customer.
Refund policy is not applicable to Customs Seize/Confiscation, there will be no refund for such a situation.
Returns and Refunds

If you receive any order which is damaged in any case or if you don’t receive an order at all, we shall ship another package at your address. If you expect a refund from us, we shall refund entire amount at request made by you. For this process, we shall ask you to wait for a period of standard delivery time + 30 days from the day when order has been shipped by you. If you do not receive any order within period of standard delivery time or do not receive notifications about its delivery/shipment, whatsoever, we kindly ask you to send us a support ticket in our support channel. We shall take care of any support ticket in a timely manner. This website shall make a refund of your product as long as we have received goods back from you and the product could be resold by us. Products are received by us shall be unopened, unused, with an expiry date of more than three months.
