Yoga for Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation

These are the words that are used by a man who is suffering from Erectile Dysfunction or Premature Ejaculation. And we know, it’s awful and even shameful to talk about it or consult with a doctor. These yoga asanas are as follows:

1. Paschimottanasana

It’s also known as seated forward bend, intense dorsal stretch. For this asana, you have to sit straight on the floor and then put your legs stretched in front of you, then inhale and try to touch your feet with the help of your hands and try to touch your face on your knees. And then, exhale and move back to your sitting position. Do it for about 20 to 30 seconds.

2.  Kumbhakasana

For this pose, make a pose of a dog/cat with your hands and foot, and a notice put your knees on the floor, and then force your stomach up and down along with the butt, it’s like uplifting your butt and down lifting your stomach and vice versa.

3.  Uttanapadasana

For this, you have to stand straight and put your hands on your waist after it bends forward and then put your hands on your toes after it turns more and tries to touch your knees with your face and make sure that your legs will be straight during the whole process.

4.  Naukasana

For making that pose, you have to sit straight on the floor and then uplift your feet in front of your face and then put your hands forward beside your knees and try to maintain this position for about 20 to 30 sec.

5.  Dhanurasana

For this yoga pose, you have to lie down on the floor on your stomach. After it uplifts your feet backside and then try to hold your toes with your hands, making a round curve. Try to hold this position for up to 20 to 30 sec.
